Minimun 1 year experience

Pass a 2G and 3G stick welding performance qualification test (e.g., AWS D1.1).

Proven track record in structural or plate stick welding.

Strong hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and the ability to read tape measures and blueprints

Weld Metal: Join carbon steel or other metals in horizontal and vertical positions while managing gravity and heat.

Read Blueprints: Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and engineering drawings.

Prepare and Clean: Cut, grind, and fit metal parts using hand tools or grinders.

Inspect Quality: Check welds for cracks, poor penetration, or flaws to meet code standards.

Maintain Safety: Wear proper PPE and keep the work area safe.
