Candidate Profile

• Age: Preferably 21–30 years old
• Education: Minimum SPM; Diploma or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Experience: Preferably 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, especially automotive, retail, showroom, property, electronics, telco, or other customer-facing sales.
• Driving Licence: Must possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and be comfortable driving vehicles for test drives or showroom activities.
• Personality: Pleasant, friendly, confident and presentable.
• Communication: Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or other languages are an advantage.
• Outgoing & Customer-Oriented: Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers, including new and walk-in customers.
• Sales Attitude: Proactive, motivated and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Follow-up: Able to follow up with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.
• Product Learning: Willing to learn vehicle specifications, features, financing options and current promotions.
• Roadshow/Event: Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and roadshows/events when required.
• Teamwork: Able to work well with showroom, marketing and sales teams.
• Appearance: Well-groomed, professional and suitable for representing an automotive brand.
• Computer/Digital Skills: Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Office and social media. CRM experience is an advantage.
• Work Attitude: Responsible, punctual, disciplined, energetic and willing to learn.
• Customer Handling: Patient and able to listen to customers, understand their needs and provide suitable recommendations.
• Resilience: Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven sales environment.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a young, energetic and customer-friendly junior sales person who enjoys meeting people and is comfortable approaching customers. The candidate does not need to be a senior automotive salesperson; 2–3 years of relevant sales/customer-facing experience is ideal. Automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates strong communication, personality and sales potential.

Pay: RM1,808.16 - RM2,500.00 per month
