Position : Senior Manager / Manager – 3PL

Location : Quanterm Logistics HQ, Shah Alam , Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee end-to-end 3PL and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Drive operational improvements through automation and effective implementation of WMS and TMS.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure operational standards, compliance and service quality.
• Lead customer acquisition initiatives by presenting warehouse facilities, logistics solutions and operational capabilities.
• Manage customer onboarding, implementation and ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Take ownership of the 3PL business P&L, including revenue growth, profitability and cost management.
• Monitor warehouse occupancy, pallet utilization and operational productivity to maximize business performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including OTIF, SLA, turnaround time and service quality.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance and other departments to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in 3PL, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and 3PL business activities.
• Good knowledge of WMS, TMS, warehouse automation and logistics processes.
• Experience in P&L management, budgeting, cost control and profitability improvement.
• Proven ability to manage customer implementation, relationships and retention.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop operational teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
