Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across 1 or 2 store locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and shortages.
• Step in to cover shifts during emergencies or staff shortages, ensuring uninterrupted service.
• Use a personal vehicle to travel between stores (valid driving license and vehicle required).
• Provide regular reports to management on store performance, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Relevant F&B managerial position
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
