Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

• Previous sales, business development or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, proactive and results-oriented.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel or attend customer meetings when required.

• Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Notes: Basic salary RM3,000 + 2% commission.

Job Responsibility

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to develop new business opportunities, maintain good relationships with existing customers and achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and support the company’s sales growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle customer enquiries, provide product information and prepare quotations.

• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.

• Negotiate prices, terms and agreements with customers.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

• Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions or business events when required.

• Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly.

• Handle Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners professionally.

• Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by management.
