Job Type: Full-time
Basic Salary: RM3,000–RM3,500++ per month
Additional Income: Commission and incentives
Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Working Day: Monday to Saturday 9am- 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to showroom walk-in customers and sales enquiries.
• Understand customers’ requirements, budget and preferred design style.
• Recommend suitable custom cabinets, wardrobes, furniture and interior solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until sales confirmation.
• Coordinate with designers for drawings, material selection and measurements.
• Follow up on customer payments, project progress, delivery and installation.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Source and develop new sales opportunities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, management and suppliers.
• Experience in custom cabinets, furniture, renovation, interior design or property sales is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven, responsible and able to follow up with customers independently.
• Basic understanding of measurements, floor plans or interior design is an advantage.
• Possessing own transport is preferred.
