Position: Cashier – Customer Service Experience Representative (CSER)

Job Description:

• Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with menu, product and payment enquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Ensure smooth customer flow at the cashier counter.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the cashier area.
• Promote relevant products, promotions and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operation teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately.
• Ensure cash handling and POS transactions are accurate.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report service issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company SOP, food safety and customer service standards.

Requirement:

-Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

-Strong background in F&B line

-A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.-

-Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way

-Good attitude with detail-oriented and serious person

-Possess own transport for work

-Able to work in long hours & travel within states

-Able to get incentive if achieve good performance
