Job Summary

• We are looking for a Fieldman to support daily plant operations by ensuring the plant is clean, safe, and running smoothly, while working as part of a safe and efficient shift team.
• This role involves equipment monitoring, routine maintenance coordination, logging operating parameters, in-process sampling, and supporting production-related tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety & environmental regulations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to site HSE & quality policies/procedures and report incidents to immediate superior.
• Perform technical supervision of plant equipment and apply test/maintenance techniques as required.
• Ensure work orders, routine maintenance schedules, procedures, and controls are in place for safe and efficient operations.
• Record equipment parameter readings in log sheets for performance and quality monitoring.
• Maintain and organize upkeep of plant tools/equipment and infrastructure; identify repairs and arrange required resources.
• Conduct in-process sampling (make-up solution, reactor, blowdown tank, intermediate tank) as instructed.
• (For Fieldman with COC) ensure unit operations under supervision comply with local regulations (e.g., Boiler, WWT, RTO).
• Support any production-related work as assigned by superiors.
• Guide/support team members to enhance technical knowledge and skills as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
