Consistency & Precision: Sharp attention to detail in timing soft-boiled eggs, trimming bread, and applying uniform spread portions.

Early Shift Reliability: Punctual and dependable for early morning opening shifts.

Health & Sanitation: Strict adherence to raw egg and butter storage safety, hold a Food Handler Certificate, and have a typhoid vaccination.

Kitchen Efficiency: Proactive station restocking habits and ability to work cleanly under pressure.

Artisanal Toast Preparation: Toast white bread, Hainanese loaves, and steamed buns using commercial vertical conveyors or grills, trimming crusts evenly and applying consistent spreads (kaya, cold butter slabs, peanut butter, or margarine).

Precision Soft-Boiled Egg Cooking: Manage automated egg cookers or timed hot water baths to churn out perfectly runny soft-boiled eggs with silky whites and liquid yolks consistently during morning rushes.

Prep & Side Dish Assembly: Plate staple morning items cleanly alongside dipping condiments (dark soy sauce, white pepper) and portion quick-service breakfast dishes like Chee Cheong Fun or Chwee Kueh.

Station Restocking & Temperature Control: Maintain cold-chain storage for butter blocks and pasteurized eggs while keeping kaya tubs, bread slices, and serving saucers continuously stocked ahead of peak hours.
