Language BM, English

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Organized and detail-oriented

Responsible, willing to learn and able to work in a team

Issue Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Cash Sales documents accurately and on time

Ensure all billing documents are properly recorded and filed

Assist in data entry and update customer records

Support the Manager in daily administrative tasks

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence

Handle basic office duties such as printing, scanning, and filing

Follow up on pending documents when required

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager

Assist other departments when required
