About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Intern to support our day-to-day administrative activities at our site in Senawang.

This internship is suitable for students who are looking to gain practical experience in data entry, document management, and general administrative work in a real working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and update records accurately.
• Key in and maintain data in Excel, Google Sheets or company systems.
• Organise, file and maintain administrative documents and records.
• Assist with preparing simple reports, forms and documentation.
• Check data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Support the site team with general administrative tasks.
• Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, filing and document tracking.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Management, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good typing and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work on-site in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
