Qualifications & Requirements:

• Have a passion for or proficiency in the sales process.

• Experience in retail or wholesale is an added advantage.

• Meticulous, honest, and responsible attitude.

• Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new prospects or buyers through calls, messaging, or networking.

• Understanding consumer needs and the target market.

• Contacting potential customers to offer products.

• Assisting in processing orders from retail and wholesale customers.

• Maintaining good relationships with both existing and new customers.

• Liaising with customers and the sales team to ensure smooth order deliveries.

• Resolving any inquiries or issues related to sales orders.
