You'll help design and scale automation frameworks, strengthen CI/CD quality gates and introduce AI-driven testing practices across the QA process.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' hands-on QA Automation experience
• Proven experience at Senior QA Automation Engineer level
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with BDD – Behave/Cucumber & Gherkin
• Strong experience building or scaling automation frameworks
• Experience integrating automation into Jenkins, GitHub Actions or other CI/CD pipelines
• Strong API automation testing experience
• Experience with test data management
• Understanding of CI/CD quality gates & automation metrics
• Experience debugging and stabilising flaky tests
• Experience reviewing automation code and test scripts
• Real-time systems, trading platforms or event-driven architecture experience
• AI-driven testing exposure is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills

What You'll Lead

• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
• Automate testing across UI, API & database layers
• Integrate regression, smoke and quality checks into CI/CD
• Define automation standards and BDD best practices
• Improve test stability, speed and parallel execution
• Detect, analyse and eliminate flaky tests
• Introduce and pilot AI-assisted test generation
• Review automation code and maintain framework quality
• Identify quality risks and recommend solutions
• Mentor QA team members on automation best practices
