Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields (students welcome)

Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

Tech-savvy and familiar with social media platforms (especially TikTok, IG, FB)

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn

Creative thinking and basic design (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus

Assist in posting job vacancies across various job platforms and social media

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the hiring project executive

Support virtual and physical career fairs or recruitment drives

Create attractive content for recruitment posts (IG, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Help maintain and update the candidate database

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
