We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Air Freight Executive to join our International Air Freight Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating air freight shipments, handling shipping documentation, communicating with customers and overseas agents, and ensuring shipments are processed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily international air freight import and export shipments.
• Coordinate air freight bookings with airlines, overseas agents and customers.
• Prepare, check and maintain shipping and freight forwarding documentation.
• Coordinate cargo collection, delivery arrangements and shipment schedules.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, transporters, warehouse and internal departments.
• Follow up on shipment documents and ensure all required documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Prepare quotations and respond to freight-related enquiries when required.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues.
• Update shipment details and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Ensure smooth coordination from booking until shipment completion.
• Perform other duties related to air freight operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good knowledge of international air freight import and export procedures.
• Experience in shipment coordination, documentation and customer service.
• Good understanding of air freight processes and documentation.
• Able to speak and write Mandarin fluently to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate and comfortable using logistics systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in international freight forwarding are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
