任职资格

  • Mandarin speaking

  • 1–2 years’ accounting experience

  • SPM, LCCI, Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies OR

  • Relevant accounting experience

岗位职责

  • Key in sales and purchase transactions

  • Key in and reconcile bank statements

  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records

  • Assist with basic accounting and administrative work

  • Use UBS Accounting Software and SQL Accounting System

  • Ensure data is entered accurately and documents are properly maintained

  • Training will be provided on the accounting systems and work procedures
