Finance Executive – 3-Month Contract

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Executive to support our Finance Department on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance transactions.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger records.
• Prepare journals, schedules and supporting documents for month-end closing.
• Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting.
• Support Malaysia e-Invoice processing, reconciliation and related documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing.
• Assist with audit, tax and statutory documentation when required.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and other external parties on finance-related matters.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and month-end closing procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems.
• Experience with Malaysian e-Invoice would be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Accurate, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability or ability to commence within a short notice period is strongly preferred.

Employment Type: 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Work Arrangement: Full-time, in-office
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
