Position Title: Network Compliance Senior Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Duration: Full Time- Contract

Department: Network Development

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network Compliance Senior Executive to support dealer network compliance, dealer management, and business process implementation. The role will work closely with dealers and internal departments to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure dealer compliance with company policies, standards, and business processes.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, compliance checks, and performance reviews.
• Manage and follow up on dealer issues, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Support dealer network development and maintain good relationships with dealers.
• Coordinate with Sales, After Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other departments on dealer-related matters.
• Prepare compliance reports, dealer performance analysis, and management updates.
• Support business negotiations and implementation of dealer initiatives.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend appropriate improvement actions.
• Handle multiple tasks and assignments independently while meeting deadlines.
• Travel to dealers and other locations as required.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Automotive, or a related field.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive sector, preferably in dealer management, network development, or compliance.
• Familiar with Dealer Management and automotive business processes.
• Strong skills in compliance, dealer management, business negotiation, and market development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments.
• Good team management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
• Willing to travel frequently for dealer visits.
• Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
• Able to communicate with China Headquarters
