Minimum SPM qualification (diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or related fields is a plus).

Proven portfolio or portfolio samples demonstrating graphic design and short-form video editing skills (Reels/TikTok).

Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or mobile editing apps like CapCut).

Strong understanding of current social media trends, popular audio, and visual aesthetics.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin fluency is an added advantage for copy editing).

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take creative feedback well.

Note: Occasional store visits to our Mid Valley Megamall outlet may be required for filming or content collection.

Design attractive visual assets, promotional banners, product graphics, and social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and e-commerce storefronts).

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) showcasing custom balloon styling, product features, and behind-the-scenes store highlights.

Develop monthly content calendars and write clear, engaging post captions that reflect our brand tone.

Create eye-catching promotional materials for seasonal campaigns, sales events, and festive product releases.

Collaborate with the management team to align visual branding across digital marketing channels and online store platforms.
