About the role

Assist in the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada. This role involves supporting product listing, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution across multiple marketplace channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with product listing, product information updates, pricing, promotions, campaign banners and basic platform settings
• Support the team in setting up and executing online campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Design and Operations teams to ensure products and promotions are launched accurately and on time
• Assist in preparing promotional materials and ensuring campaign information is updated correctly across platforms
• Assist in coordinating with marketplace representatives on campaign and promotional activities
• Monitor basic sales and campaign performance and prepare regular reports using Google Sheets/Excel
• Support the team in preparing for key e-commerce events such as double-day campaigns, mid-month campaigns and payday promotions
• Monitor ongoing promotions and highlight any issues, discrepancies or areas that require attention
• Assist in monthly reporting and performance updates for assigned brands
• Perform other e-commerce operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required

About you

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Docs, Slides and Forms
• Comfortable with basic data entry, organising information and preparing simple reports
• Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions accurately
• Willing to learn and not afraid to ask questions when unsure
• Good communication skills and comfortable working with different teams
• Responsible, organised and able to manage assigned tasks within deadlines
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Proactive, positive and willing to take initiative

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
