Key Responsibilities:

· Identify new construction projects, clients and business opportunities.

· Develop relationships with developers, GLCs, government agencies, consultants, architects and potential clients.

· Monitor upcoming tenders and project opportunities.

· Develop and maintain a 12–24month project pipeline.

· Coordinate with Tender/Pre-Contract team on tender opportunities.

· Arrange client meetings, presentations and business proposals.

· Prepare regular BD pipeline and opportunity reports for Management.

· Support Management in entering new markets and expanding the company’s project portfolio.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field.

· 5–8 years relevant experience in business development within the construction industry.

· Strong network and understanding of the Malaysian construction industry.

· Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Strong commercial awareness, initiative and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
