We help the region's fastest-growing companies get found where search is going: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini.

This is not a fetch-coffee internship. You'll make the videos and stories that define a category we're creating in real time - and your work ships. Client brands, real audiences, real portfolio pieces, directly alongside the founder. You'll be coached personally by a senior business leader who built and led marketing at some of the world's best tech companies - the kind of mentorship most interns never get near.

What you'll do: short-form video + social for Novastacks and client brands (editing, scripting, captions, hooks); turn complex B2B ideas into stories people actually watch; push the newest AI tools harder than anyone else in the room; build workflows the whole agency adopts.

Who you are: studying or fresh out of media/film/comms; a portfolio that shows taste (student and personal projects absolutely count); fast in CapCut/Premiere/DaVinci; you don't just use AI tools, you have strong opinions about them.

Terms: 15 hrs/week, S$650/mo + per-project bonus when client work lands, 6 months (extend or convert to school internship), remote-friendly. Finalists get a paid trial brief.
