Clinic Assistant

Klinik Mediviron Raja Nong, Klang is looking for a responsible and friendly Clinic Assistant to join our team.

Job Details

• Position: Clinic Assistant
• Location: Klinik Mediviron Raja Nong, Klang
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Rest Day: Sunday
• Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,200 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and nurses with daily clinic operations
• Register patients and manage appointments
• Handle patient enquiries and provide good customer service
• Prepare consultation rooms and assist during procedures when required
• Dispense medication and handle basic clinic duties as instructed
• Manage payments, receipts and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clinic
• Perform other duties related to clinic operations as assigned

Requirements

• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work the stated working hours
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
