Job Overview

Our client, a reputable company within the automotive financing industry, is seeking a

proactive and customer-focused Executive, Auto Finance to support its sales and

financing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting

financing products, engaging with dealership sales teams and customers, processing

financing applications, and participating in business development activities to drive

portfolio growth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, customer

engagement, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's auto financing products and services.

• Attend to Sales Advisors and walk-in customers by providing financing

consultation and product information.

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel and business

partners.

• Interview applicants and assess financing requirements.

• Prepare, review, and submit financing applications while ensuring all supporting

documents are complete and accurate.

• Follow up on applications and liaise with relevant stakeholders to facilitate

timely approvals.

• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, sales campaigns, and promotional

activities, including weekends when required.

• Conduct site visits and customer visits to support business development

initiatives.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout

the financing process.

• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory

requirements.• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in

any discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Auto Finance Sales, Banking, Financial

Services, Automotive Sales, or a related industry.

• Experience in hire purchase financing or automotive financing will be an added

advantage.
