We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our Customer Service team from 12 October to 4 December 2026.

You will be assisting with customer enquiries, order-related matters and general customer support while ensuring customers receive a friendly and positive service experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
• Responsible, patient and willing to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer service/retail experience is an advantage
• Able to commit for the entire employment period

Period: 12 October – 4 December 2026
Location: Office in Shah Alam
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay: RM 10.00 per hour
