Job Summary
Support operations and business growth by assisting management, managing digital content, contributing to HR and marketing projects, and delivering client training programs in a dynamic HR consulting firm.
Responsibilities
Support the director in managing daily operations to ensure smooth business processes
Update and maintain website, software, and social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement
Develop clear and professional HR and marketing documents to support business initiatives
Assist in executing HR and business consultancy projects to meet client needs and deliver value
Organize and facilitate client training programs to enhance client knowledge and satisfaction
Contribute to marketing and sales activities to drive business growth and client acquisition
Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with clients and team members
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and accountability to support continuous learning and improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong interest in business operations to understand and support company objectives
Effective communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and engage stakeholders
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment
