Ready to take ownership of products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business results? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives on turning ideas into impactful products, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

In this individual contributor role, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key initiatives across the Asia Pacific market, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, improve customer experiences, and drive continuous innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead product initiatives from discovery and strategy through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Shape Product Strategy: Translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into clear product roadmaps and actionable plans.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
• Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and user feedback to optimise product performance and business outcomes.
• Champion Customer Experience: Identify opportunities for improvement, validate solutions, and continuously refine products based on real-world insights.
• Align Stakeholders: Define product requirements, facilitate product demos and feedback sessions, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the development cycle.
• Deliver with Impact: Manage timelines, coordinate QA and testing, remove blockers, and drive 3–5 concurrent product initiatives across strategic revamps and incremental enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally in technology-driven businesses or marketplace environments.
• A proven track record of delivering products at scale and driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong project management skills, with a structured approach to execution, follow-ups, and delivery. Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or Notion is an advantage.
• A strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in metrics analysis, A/B testing, and product experimentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical, business, and customer perspectives.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
