Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Develop content ideas, captions, visuals, videos, and promotional materials aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Manage and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
• Monitor social media accounts, engagement, comments, messages, and audience feedback.
• Ensure all content follows company branding guidelines, content procedures, and approval processes before publication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, photos, videos, and updates for content creation.
• Monitor content performance, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and marketing opportunities.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, appropriate, and consistent with the company's image.
• Maintain an organized record of content calendars, published posts, and performance reports.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, catering events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media management.
• Proficient in creating photo and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Good writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media analytics.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
• Experience in F&B, catering, or event-related content is an advantage.

Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
