Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and proactive Event Supervisors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a team of promoters, oversee promotional activities, and ensure successful event execution. This role offers valuable exposure to event management, including roadshows and sampling events.

Job Responsibility

• Train, supervise, and mentor promoters.

• Conduct performance evaluations for promoters.

• Oversee promotional events and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Coordinate and manage roadshows, sampling events, and promotional activities.

• Monitor event operations and ensure smooth execution.

• Analyse event data and prepare reports for senior management.

• Manage promotional materials and ensure proper inventory distribution.

• Respond promptly to operational requests and resolve issues during events.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.
