Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic knowledge of software systems, databases, or IT applications is an advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn and work with clients.
岗位职责
Assist in implementing and supporting software systems for clients.
Understand customer requirements and assist in recommending system solutions.
Perform system setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Provide system support and guidance to users.
Assist with user training and system implementation.
Prepare system documentation and reports.
Work closely with senior consultants and technical teams to resolve system-related issues.
