Key Responsibilities

• Sales Channel Management: Oversee and manage all e-commerce platform particularly (Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop), ensuring accurate and timely updates of product listing and inventory.
• Sales Performance and Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Utilise data-driven insights to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction. 
• Sales & Marketing Strategies: Formulate and execute digital marketing & platform advertisements to maximize store traffic, conversion rates and to achieve optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Product Management: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product onboarding, pricing strategy, promotions, bundling, and end-of-life planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, product and creative teams, to ensure coordinated efforts and optimal results.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior E-commerce Executive at Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya. This role will be responsible for managing analytical insights, account management, sales strategies and sales management to drive the company's e-commerce activities and enhance customer experiences.
  

Qualifications

• Preferably 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce store management and platform tools (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc)
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing)
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and sales reporting
• Proven track record of campaign submission workflows and coordinating digital promotional strategies
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or related field
