岗位职责

Job Responsibilities:

To control internal rejection at Machine
To do report of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for any rejection parts.
To do report of Internal Rejection at Machine Shop in weekly basis.
To lead Kaizen & improvement activities at production line.
To keep update all Work Instruction for Machine Shop.
To keep update Risk Analysis, Gap Analysis, & PFMEA for Machine Shop.
To keep update Hazard Identification, Risk Analysis & Risk Control (HIRARC).
To attend MRB or any meeting related to machine shop department if necessary.
To do preparation of Internal Audit & External Audit of AS9100 rev D and others audit.
To respond any Non-Conformances Record (NCR) finding during audit.
To conduct internal training & keep update for Manpower Skill Matrix.
To keep update Internal Training Module at Machine Shop.
To lead new machine commissioning & installation activities.
Liaise with supplier & other departments to ensure smooth production process.
To safeguard all company's properties and to maintain a very good 5S level.
Any other tasks as directed by superiors.

Requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
