Job responsibilities:

Reports to: Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed targets.
• Liaise with customers (Japanese Restaurant) regarding order status, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and proactively propose new products or promotions to boostsales.
• Follow up on and monitor customer payments.
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Prepare reports and reviews with sales and financial data as required.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform any other duties/tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher
• Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin. (Japanese will be an
• advantage)
• Prefer candidates with sales experience.
• Possess own transportation.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Independent and sales driven.
• Able to work extra hours and travel outstation if required (Ipoh, Penang, JB, Melaka)
