Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering will be given priority. However, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Business or a related field is welcomed to apply.
• Good command of Mandarin and Japanese is preferred.
• Good command of English for communication, email and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Good coordination, organization and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Candidates with sales or customer service experience are welcome, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on orders, quotations, delivery schedules and other sales-related matters.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, reports and customer correspondence.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, purchase orders and delivery requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering and Production Planning.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support new business development.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
• Follow up on sample, development and new project activities.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and other customer-related documents.
• Monitor customer orders and ensure timely delivery and response.
• Handle general sales coordination and administrative duties.
• Occasionally communicate with overseas customers and support customer visits or meetings.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
