About the role
CTechno Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Automation/Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our electrical and electronic engineering business.

What you'll be doing

· Engaging with customers to understand their automation and technical requirements

· Providing expert advice and recommendations on the most suitable products and solutions

· Preparing detailed proposals and quotations for customers

· Negotiating contracts and closing sales

· Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities

· Supporting the implementation and after-sales service for sold products and solutions

· Collaborating with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery

What we're looking for

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or account management role within the electrical/electronic engineering industry

· Strong understanding of automation technologies, industrial control systems, and related products

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers

· Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software

· Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a relevant technical field

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
