• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or sales coordination; candidates with 3+ years in signage, advertising, printing, renovation or construction will be considered for the higher salary range

• Fresh Graduates may apply

• Able to read simple drawings/artwork and understand signage materials (training will be provided)

• Confident in dealing with customers, negotiating and closing sales

• Experience purchasing from Taobao / 1688 (ordering, communicating with sellers, and arranging shipping via forwarders to Malaysia) is preferred

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin (reading and writing) is a strong advantage for supplier communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple jobs and deadlines

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to customer site

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone and walk-in, and convert them into confirmed jobs

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable signage solutions (e.g. 3D lettering, lightbox, LED signage, acrylic, vinyl and printing)

• Prepare quotations, proposals and invoices, including basic costing of materials, production and installation

• Follow up actively on quotations, approvals and payment collection

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business

• Work towards monthly sales targets set by management

• Arrange and attend site surveys and measurements when required

• Coordinate artwork approval, production schedules and installation dates

• Liaise with design, production and installation teams and highlight any issues early

• Attend weekly WIP meetings and keep job status updated

• Source and compare pricing from installers and subcontractors

• Source signage materials, LED components and accessories from Taobao / 1688 and other China suppliers, including price comparison, ordering and tracking shipments through forwarding agents

• Maintain accurate job records, sales pipeline and schedules

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management

• Provide general sales and administrative support where required
