Campaign & PR Operations Assistant (Intern)

Reports to: Campaign & PR Operations Executive, with guidance from the PR Executive

About the Role

LINCH is a Singapore-based music artiste services and PR agency working across Southeast Asia. We’re looking for an organised intern to support regional campaigns, media activity and promotional tours.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations — 40%

Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, interview schedules and itineraries.

Gather regional updates, follow up on deadlines and flag delays.

Assist with creating campaign proposals and coordination.

Support email and newsletter communications via platforms like Mailchimp.

PR Support — 35%

Assist to research SG/ KL media contacts and maintain databases.

Prepare and distribute approved press materials.

Assist with interview arrangements and onsite media coordination.

Track coverage and compile campaign reports.

Support media and creator outreach and follow up on campaign opportunities.

Project Administration — 15%

Maintain meeting notes, action lists and organised project files.

Assist with status updates and logistics documentation.

Handle confidential client and artiste information responsibly.

Social & Content Support — 10%

Organise content calendars and approved assets.

Assist with captions, posting coordination and basic onsite content capture.

Obtain approval before publishing.

Workload percentages are indicative and may vary with campaign priorities within agreed working hours.

What We’re Looking For

An interest in music, entertainment and PR.

Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.

Confidence using spreadsheets, shared documents and calendars.

Reliability, initiative and willingness to learn.

Previous industry experience is a bonus but not required.

Stipend: To Be discussed.
