• Ensure that all lorry assigned to each area enter the worksite according to the scheduled time.
• Ensure proper planning is in place for driver absences, emergency leave, or no-shows, with immediate replacement arrangements to ensure uninterrupted operations.\
• Regular inspections must be conducted to ensure that the environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized.- make sure all workers and driver carry out waste according to the their zone
• arrange replacements if any crew or driver didn't show up
