Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting telecommunications products and services, assisting customers with their needs, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell mobile plans, broadband, and other telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and subscriptions.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and packages.
• Handle customer enquiries and support daily retail store operations.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens aged 19–30.
• Minimum Diploma qualification. SPM holders with relevant telecommunications experience may also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in sales and customer service.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work on-site at the assigned outlet.

Working Schedule

• Mall outlets: 4 working days, 3 days off.
• Shop lot outlets: 5 working days, 2 days off.
• Working hours and shifts depend on the assigned outlet.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary from RM2,300, negotiable.
• Attractive commission with uncapped earning potential.
• Average commission of RM3,000+ (subject to sales performance).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
