About JLL Intern, Office Leasing Advisory
You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.
This internship will give you a flavour of what it takes to work within our Office Leasing Advisory (OLA) business lines. Working alongside experienced brokers and advisors, you'll gain hands-on experience in tenant representation, landlord services, and market analysis while developing essential industry skills.
What this job involves
Conduct market research and assist in preparing client presentations, property summaries, and marketing materials
Support transaction activities including documentation preparation, analysis, and coordination
Participate in property tours with clients and help prepare lease proposals and supporting documentation
Assist with business development through prospecting, pitch preparation, and client relationship management
Shadow experienced brokers during client meetings and attend networking events to build industry knowledge

You are currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a similar related field. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.
