Has knowledge in 3D software, CAD and other related

Has passion in design

Willing to learn

Detail oriented : pay close attention to client's request, ensure specifications to follow industry's standard

Has knowledge in Manufacturing, Production Processes and Material

Has own transport / able to commute

Ability to handle CNC is an advantage
