INTERIOR DESIGNER EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKING)
INTERIOR DESIGN INTERN (MANDARIN SPEAKING) (Allowance : RM 1000)

Location: GoldenHome Flagship Store, Bandar Utama 8
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,000–RM4,000++ per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Working : Monday to Saturday 9am-5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their design requirements and budget.
• Prepare space planning, layout drawings, 3D visuals and design presentations.
• Conduct site measurements and site inspections when required.
• Prepare and amend drawings according to clients’ requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales, project, installation and supplier teams.
• Follow up on project progress from design confirmation until installation.
• Ensure drawings, dimensions and material selections are accurate.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape or other relevant design software.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, management and suppliers.
• Responsible, creative and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in custom cabinets, wardrobes or residential interior design is an advantage.
• Guidance and support will be provided by senior designers.
