We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and target-driven Sales Advisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and understand their needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable products or services based on customer requirements.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and benefits clearly.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Keep records of sales activities and customer information.
• Support daily sales and store operations when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
