IMPORTANT LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

Fluency in Mandarin is REQUIRED for this position due to regular work-related communication and handling of Mandarin-language matters.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial records.
• Record and monitor payments, expenses, receipts and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payment documentation and supporting records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain transaction records.
• Manage confidential financial documents and files.
• Prepare financial summaries and reports as required.
• Liaise with relevant banks, vendors and external parties.
• Handle accounts and financial matters assigned directly by Management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Accounting experience will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
