Are you an experienced HVAC or Facilities Engineer looking for your next career opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled HVAC Engineer - Mandarin Speaking to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and improvement projects at a battery cell manufacturing plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, construction works, and new installations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.

Manage maintenance budgets, monitor facility performance, and prepare operational reports.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, energy utilization, and facility sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or project improvement.

Electrical engineering background or practical exposure to electrical systems is required.

Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and FMCS software.

Experience in a lithium battery manufacturing plant is an advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.
