We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Part-Time Soft Skills Teacher to help students develop essential life skills, build confidence, and prepare for success in school and beyond.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate soft skills lessons.
• Teach essential skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Develop students’ confidence, public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organise fun activities, role-play, group discussions, and team-building exercises.
• Encourage positive attitudes, emotional awareness, respect, and self-discipline.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Passion for teaching and working with children or young learners.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, training, or facilitating workshops is an advantage.
• Creative, energetic, patient, and approachable.
• Good classroom management and organisational skills.
• Able to work part-time on weekdays or weekends, as required.
