Vivopac Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is an established packaging supplier in Malaysia with over 40 years of industry experience. We provide a wide range of plastic bags, food packaging, containers, paper products, and packaging solutions to businesses nationwide.

As our retail operations continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Retail Supervisor to join our team and take the lead in driving daily store operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Your Role

As our Retail Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the store runs smoothly while leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily retail store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Monitor sales performance, staff productivity, and store KPIs.
• Ensure proper stock availability, inventory accuracy, product arrangement, and attractive merchandising.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, cashier activities, and daily store closing procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities.
• Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, safety, and visual presentation.
• Ensure staff comply with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to improve store efficiency and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, packaging, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Experience in inventory control, merchandising, or retail operations will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to be hands-on and actively involved in daily store operations.
