Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

• Develop and execute brand positioning, voice, and visual identity

• Build annual marketing plans with clear budgets, targets, and KPIs

• Track market trends and competitors to keep the brand differentiated

Digital & Lead Generation

• Oversee social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, content, and email marketing

• Drive qualified leads and optimise the funnel from awareness to booking

• Manage the website, landing pages, and online booking journey

• Use data and analytics to refine campaigns and maximise ROI

Content & Creative

• Lead content direction — before/after showcases, testimonials, KOL collaborations

• Ensure all assets comply with medical advertising regulations

• Oversee photo/video production, design, and copy quality

Customer Growth

• Build loyalty, referral, and re-engagement programs to grow lifetime value

• Work with operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless client journey

Team & Budget

• Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage external agencies

• Own the marketing budget with full accountability for ROI

• Report performance and insights to senior management

Compliance

• Ensure all marketing complies with local medical advertising regulations

• Uphold ethical practices and protect client privacy

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, 3+ years in a leadership role

• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or luxury brands preferred

• Proven track record in brand building and performance marketing

• Strong digital, analytics, and CRM skills

• Data-driven, creative, and commercially sharp

• Familiarity with medical advertising regulations is an advantage
