Job description

Packer - Job Responsibilities

• Pack finished bakery products according to standard packing procedures.
• Check product quality before packing (e.g., appearance, weight, labeling).
• Ensure all items are sealed, labelled, and stored correctly.
• Assist in loading packed goods onto trolleys or pallets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the packing area.
• Follow safety, food hygiene, and GMP requirements at all times.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Able to perform simple packing and repetitive tasks.
• Able to perform manual tasks to handle standing work and light lifting.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a fast paced environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
• Willing to work shifts/overtime when required.

Steward - Job Responsibilities

• Wash and clean baking trays, utensils, equipment, and production tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, washing areas, and waste disposal zones.
• Ensure proper sanitisation according to food safety standards.
• Support production team by returning clean tools promptly.
• Assist with simple housekeeping tasks when needed.

Job Requirements

• Able to handle standing, washing, and cleaning tasks.
• Able to perform physical tasks to carry trays and equipment.
• Able to follow hygiene, cleaning, and safety procedures.
• Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work shifts/overtime when required.
