Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

Employment: Permanent / Contract / Part-Time
Location: The Singapore Mint, 20 Teban Gardens Crescent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am–5.30pm
Salary:

S$2,500–S$3,400/month (Permanent/Contract)

S$14/hour (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare products for delivery and fulfilment.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Support stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and shipment schedules.
• Prepare delivery and shipping documentation.
• Liaise with logistics providers, couriers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain appropriate housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
• Support warehouse audits and operational improvement activities.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent relevant qualification or experience.
• Relevant warehouse, logistics, inventory, distribution, fulfilment or supply chain experience preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory systems.
• Good attention to detail, organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet operational requirements.
• ERP, WMS, SAP or QAD experience is advantageous.
• 3PL, manufacturing, distribution or retail fulfilment experience is advantageous.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is advantageous where driving is required for the role.
• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is advantageous where relevant to assigned duties.
